Velvet Apple Pie Bars

Ingredients
Salt-1/2 teaspoon
Cinnamon-3 teaspoons
Nutmeg
Sugar-1 cup
Vanilla- 2 tablespoons
Eggs-3
Velvet apple-2 (peeled off skin)
Ground Cloves-1 pinch
Butter-1 teaspoon
Baking powder-3 teaspoons
All purpose flour-2 cups


Methods:
1. Oven is preheated to 350 F.


2. Salt, flour, baking powder and spice is mixed together.


3. Use mixer to mixed eggs, butter and sugar until fluffy.


4. Flour is added and stirs well.


5. Apple chunks are added in to mixture.


6. Spread dough consistently into greased pan and flat the dough evenly.


7. The dough is baked for 40 minutes until golden brown in color.


8. The deserve is ready to serve.
